Customize the Xpress List Display
Corporate Taxprep provides you with four ways to modify the Xpress list display: by modifying the displayed columns, by grouping the cells by form, by modifying the display size and by modifying the size of the Xpress list. The customized display will be retained and reused during subsequent work sessions.
To add or remove columns from the Xpress list, proceed as follows:
- Show Xpress.
- Click in the Xpress toolbar, and select the columns that you want to add or remove.
In Xpress, you can group and display cells according to the forms they belong to. This type of grouping is useful when the cells displayed in Xpress are from different forms.
To group the cells by form, proceed as follows:
- Show Xpress.
- Click the Group cells by form button on the Xpress
toolbar.
To cancel the grouping, click the Ungroup button .
When the cells are grouped by form you can adjust the display using the buttons available in the Xpress toolbar or in the grid:

You can zoom in to get a better close-up of the Xpress list or a zoom out to get back to the initial size of the Xpress list.
- To zoom in, click in the toolbar of the Xpress tool.
- To zoom out, click .
To adjust the height of the Xpress list, drag the upper bar border of the pane with the mouse.
